Once your order is confirmed, a certified valuer will visit the property and prepare a detailed valuation report according to  International  Valuation Standards.(IVS) on average, this process takes  48 hours, ensuring you receive accurate results quickly.​

How will I receive my valuation report?

Most clients receive their report online, complete with a legally binding digital signature, If preferred, we can also provide a signed and stamped physical copy for your records.

Will my report be accepted by banks and government authorities?

All our valuation reports are prepared according to International Valuation Standards (IVS) and issued by certified appraisers. they are accepted by Banks an other financial institutions, The revenue Service,Courts and legal bodies, Governmental and private organisations in Georgia.

Can I get a fast, remote real estate valuation?

Yes — if an on-site inspection is not possible, we can carry out the valuation remotely using property photos and the required legal documentation.

The valuation report will clearly state that it was completed without a physical inspection, while still maintaining the same professional standards, accuracy, and reliability as a regular valuation.
